Janine Lum
Janine Lum has some 15 years of experience as director of Chic Productions, specialising in event management, model management, featured dance shows, choreography, fashion parades, promotions and event concepts. Exemplifing a strong service acumen by creating events with style, difference and passion!
Promoting and producing small scale intimate events to large scale shows Janine’s prudent and careful execution of events is to ensure everyone involved brings their best to the event table. Accomplishments include Co-ordinating talent for Channel 7, the exclusive rights for the Shanghai, International Model Contest in conjunction with the Chinese Cultural Development and Chinese Government (70 models from all over the world competing), Royal Melbourne Show Fashion Parades and a six year dance show residency at Crown Casino.
Janine has a love of European cultures, style and design, not to mention an insatiable shopper and passion for luxury Real Estate and property. She is also a passionate supporter and volunteer with many animal and wildlife funds, including Free The Bears, Wildlife Victoria, Animals Australia, Edgar's Mission and IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare).
Alex Bialocki
Alex Bialocki worked at the big three advertising agencies for ten years before getting into event and video production. He has been running Encore Productions since the late eighties which has been producing large corporate events, videos and TV commercials. Alex has a degree in accounting and marketing and speaks several languages. After living in Europe in 2004 he is very passionate about everything European and combines his business connections and event management skills to this growing organisation.
Sarah Pradolin
Sarah Pradolin will graduate in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Public Relations and Literary Studies. Sarah's professional experience consists of assisting with the organisation of events, working with businesses such as PR Services Online and European Women in Business. Not only bringing enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail to EWIB, she also has well -developed communication skills. In her spare time, Sarah is an avid reader, enjoys travelling, and has a love for music; frequently attending music concerts and playing guitar.
